About Your Workplace, Care & Support:
In the field of Care and Support, we operate with a value base that emphasizes respectful, considerate, and attentive interactions with individual needs. We have a flexible working approach and encourage residents to exercise self-determination. We want individuals to feel acknowledged and experience participation, meaning, and connection in their lives.
Our services operate around the clock, every day of the week, facilitated by a varied schedule that may include day, evening, weekend, or night shifts. The units are centrally located, except for home care, which operates throughout the municipality. Your working hours will depend on the unit you are assigned to.
Our Services:
- Special Housing - You work in a team around the residents, focusing on personal care, service, and creating a meaningful daily life in the living environment.
- Personal Assistant - As a personal assistant, you work alongside an individual in their daily life. The individual's home is your workplace, and you are available according to their needs.
- Home Care - You work independently in the client's home, providing support with both care and service tasks, requiring a driver's license.
- Social Psychiatry - In social psychiatry, you support adults with mental or neuropsychiatric disabilities. The role involves providing individualized support to facilitate daily life and enhance the person's ability to be independent.
- Group Housing/Short-Term Care - You support children or adults with intellectual disabilities in their homes or in short-term care settings.
Warm welcome to us!
